what do you guys think about running my stock rearend with the 4 56 gears behind a turbo 350 trans and a chevy 350 small block..stock with cam and intake..has anyone had this on the track and hold up?...running radial tires only no slicks...

it will to a point . The driverside axles always seem to break first as they are being forced into the ground . Seen a guy go 10.80's on a stock one .

I think you would be fine Len. LUVSADRAG on here ran a stock welded one under his truck years ago, slicks and all. Seen a primered LUV go 10.50's on the stock rear a couple years back and it didn't break (yet!) so you should be good to go.

Welded the spider gears on mine and ran a 10.5 inch slick.Truck ran 7.0 in the 1/8th before the u-joints started breaking, but the rearend did just fine.
