and many miles of happy driving. Oh and nice job on that front bumper to .
Thanks, he made that bumper almost completely out of pieces of metal he got for free from where he works. The 5 sp conversion will be down the road since we still have to get mine in at least as good of shape as we did his.

Yep that's the one, I'm glad you're not selling your truck. I'll go take a look at your thread for sure. That sounds sweet with the Chevy symbol in the seat.
Thanks for all the comments guys. I know my son appreciates the truck alot. He bought it for $400 and only had to replace one fender, it was wrinkled bad and beyond repair. Outside of that we repaired everything. Cut out rusted areas, brazed in new metal and did the rest with body filler. Had alot of repairs to do inside the bed and I should have taken pics before he put the Herculiner on but it slipped the grasp of the camera. Had two different colors of paint on it. Since he did it on a serious low budget we painted it with Van Syckle paint that he got for a discount where he works (Big R Supply). I am anxious to see how the shine holds up on it. Hey for less than a $50 paint job it was a gamble and it looks awesome right now anyway. Like I said, it was a really small budget he had and I tried not to throw in to much money. It was his project so the main thing I have invested is alot of sweat and fun.
