I was reading on the Toyota conversion thread and was interested in changing my 75 over to that conversion. But...if it adds width to the front end I cant do it due to tire and fender clearance. I know the question was asked but didnt see the answer. Is it wider than the stock drum setup I have. Thanks

Thanks Mouse. I have lowered the front since you have seen it in March due to wheelies and it is real tight in the finder clearance. Holeshote Makes a wheel that is a 4" wheel that has a 2 7/8" backspacing I am going to put on it to try to tuck the front in just a bit more. I guess the old drums will have to do for a little while longer.

I put a set of tubular a arms that take a pinto spindle just for the clearance issue on mine. Pulled the wheels in 1-1/4 inch per side, and lowered it 1 inch..
