I have a 72 luv and want to set it up for 4x4. Was wondering if u guys knew what year luv frames would fit a 72.

The 72 body will fit on any LUV frame from 72-80. The differences are that the front bumper mounts are different and the motor mounts are different. Its not a big deal, I mounted a 80 bumper to a 74 frame with just welding the bumper mount on.

Awesome thats great to hear. I will be building a 4x4 crawler with it so i will be building a custom bumber anyway. Also i will be putting a diesel engine into it that will run off waste vegetable oil so i will need new motor mounts anyway. YAY thanks guys

Best of luck on your build. Any questions on the vegi oil conversion let me know, I have done one as well.
