For a clean look, your gonna have to paint them. There really isn't a way around that. I hope you can match the color.

Idealy you would want to paint the door jambs first. But since they have not painted yet, try to use a small touch up gun and shoot the paint more from the inside so they overspray will not collect all over the outside of the truck. You will get some no matter what you do as you need to coat all primered surfaces. Be sure to have enough paint on the door jambs and I hope you have really good coverage to buff out the outside of the truck. Be carefull not to buff much along the edges as you will "cut" right through the paint and have bare edges. This is how my neighbor who is what I call a "MASTER" at body and paint does it. If you need any specific notes or ideas, let me know and I will either get them or see if you can e-mail my neighbor directly.

You might want o tr pulling the doors off and masking the surrounding area. Then spray the door jam and the parts of the door that need sprayed. It's a ot of work but it should still turn ot alright. Hope this helps.
