I got information from speedwaymotors.com that the mustang II uses the same balljoint for the upper and lower.

I also checked this with a friend that had these spindles on a rod. The 727 may have the same shaft size but use a different length or perhaps a different body. Ill check the 727 tomorrow.

I have 2 orders for the Mustang II upper and lowers and Im using the K772 on both of those. If for some reason the 727 has to be used and its a large cup instead of the small one used by the 772 I can easily cut off the small cup and install the large one.

I am on the last set of uppers, and I will be done welding them together tomorrow. I may get them all cleaned up and balljoints pressed in so I can ship them.

For sure the parts shipping tomorrow are Steve W, Terry P and Hotrod Express.

tomorrow is the last day I will have the LUV jigs out unless someone wants to order some. when the jigs get put up it will be ablout 4 weeks before i can get back to them

any questions?

Cool, looking forward to them. I have 2 weeks to get ready for the big Florida race, this will be a big help. Thanks...

I have one set of S-10 balljoint upper arms to weld together and all the LUV stuff is done. I did not work on any arms today. too busy working on a truck to be used on a TV show.

I should have the last sets done tomorrow and also press in balljoints and ship parts tomorrow.

yeah if you get the uppers and lowers you can run s10 spindles thus converting it to a 5 lug

I have all the jigs made for this for both s10 spindles and for mustang II spindles.

Ive had to tweak the lengths of each to work with the luv frame but we are all good now.

just curious if anyone who has installed the DHP arms has a parts list of whats needed.

ive got s10 spindles, calipers, rotors/hubs and ill be placing my order for the arms. w/bag plates

i went back in this thread to look because i remember at one time someone said almost all the luv tie rods and steering parts work but an ... outer? tie rod needs to be replaced with a nissan part? im gonna re-read this again and see if i cant find it.

but maybe someone could put a parts list together for bag and non bag owners and make it sticky somewhere on the forum?

mike are you busy with other stuff? i dont have a time crunch or anything, but id like to place my order ASAP

im always busy.
the good thing is I have hired a friend to come on saturdays and turn bushings and sleeves on the lathe. This will cut down my time to build a set by one third. he will keep going until Im way ahead on bushings then i will have him making other parts. This is a guy that worked for me before so he knows the parts I make.

let me know if you have questions. 77, try to call me again today. I may or may not hear the phone but I can call you back asap

anyone have pics of these arms with air bags? i would like to see them if possible. I take it with this setup there is no need to Z the frame to lay it out.

I have ordered and paid for my arms over 12 months ago now. Mike was good and updated me whenever I asked but for the last month or do I have tried to reach him daily with no luck and he won't return emails calls or texts. If anybody knows another way to get in contact would be greatly appreciated
