So... Another question from the newb...

Will a first gen s10 steering wheel fit on the LUV columb with minor mods? Or if I want it, will I have to swap out the entire columb?

No it will not fit, I cant think of anything from an S10 that will bolt into a luv, you could swap the column but that is a hell of a lot of work just to have a different steering wheel. The easiest thing is to get the grant adaptor and a grant wheel.
