Contact Phils Rotaries in Brisbane, Australia.

Doors, fenders, bonnets, tubs, tailgates.

These are not second hand parts, these are reproduction parts.

http://www.philsrotarys.com.au

enquiries@philsrotarys.com.au

They can also get door rubbers, windscreen and rear window rubbers, light surrounds, grilles, taillights plus much more.

I want to buy a new tub off him but he won't order until he has a substantial amount of items to reduce shipping costs.

Anyone in Aus keen for body parts?

Gilly, If your in Aus and Phils is in Aus then why would there be a shipping problem? Where are they getting the parts from? There are a lot of us in the US that would like to be able to get these parts but the shipping makes it too expensive most of the time.

Also, your post doesn't say these are LUV parts. Are they :?: :?: :!:

I sent an email to Phil and he responded with a statement to the effect, You need to get a group of people in your club and place a large order. He didn't answer any of my questions about what kind of parts they make or pricing or just what kind of minimum required ( min per part# or min order in general ). On Monday I will email back and keep trying to get more info. I didn't ask where the parts come from but I don't think I would have gotten an answer on that either. I'll keep everyone posted. If anyone else has attempted to contact them please let us know if you got anywhere.

My guess is they are not GENUINE ISUZU, but just poorly made reproductions. :(

Yeah, so far I can't get any real answers out of them. I still have a second email into him requesting info but I'm too positive about it.

From my experience, non genuine panels are made of thinner lower quality metal, and fit/line up badly.

Well I don't know. From my perspective this is a joke. Here is my correspondence:

Bill: Hello Phil, I understand you can distribute new aftermarket parts for the Chevy LUV. I would be interested in finding out more information about parts, pricing and availability in the US. How would someone go about placing an order and would there be a minimum order (if so would it be minimum for each part # or just overall order). Do you have a partnership in the US by chance?

Phil: hi if you are in a club best to get a group buy if you are wanting panels we can send for you no problems

Bill: Thanks for the reply. Before I can get an order together I need information on what you can offer in parts as well as pricing. I have been to your web site but only found information on rotories. I’m confident there are people who would like to order parts for their trucks but in the past shipping from Australia has not been cost effective. That is why among other reasons I must have this information. I don’t belong to a club but if you log on to http://WWW.luvtruck.com you can see there are a lot of Luv owners who would like to get parts.

Phil: what we have listed is all we can get

Bill: Listed where??

Phil: on ebay

It would seem to me anyone with a legitimate business would be willing to give information.
