 Post subject: Small Block 4x4 setup

I used the Hooker small block kit, i have a 305 in mine with the turbo 350 trans. I'm pretty sure the axles are the stock ones, used the stock length drive shafts. They are both solid axles, spring over axle conversion with a 3'' body lift that will be coming off soon.

Only thing is i dont know if the hedman headers will fit, i never got the hooker headers because i used to have the ram horn manifolds until our garage got robbed so now i have the hedmans.

thank you. i have a v6 in mine now with th350 trans stock rear. not sure what t case and a d 35 front axle. i was just wondering how easy it would be to put a v8 in it

From what my dad told me, he put it in, its pretty easy, just weld in the mounts, get that short driveshaft made to the transfer case, and get a good set of headers, not long tube though. Im not even sure my hedmans will clear everything until the heads are on it.

But then again with gas prices going up soon that v6 isnt too bad of an idea.
