So i am putting in my seats for my luv and am making my own brakets i need to know about how high do most of your guy's bucket seats sit from the bottom of the cab??? Also i am using a set of free buckets that my brother got from schucks and never used i think they are called scorpions pretty sure they are cheap but hey free is free you know any help is greatly appreciated.

I always just cut some wood blocks, make like 4 (2inch ones), 4 (3inches ones) and so on.
Set them under your drivers seat. Just adjust till you find what hight fits you best. Then make your real brackets. Thats the way I've always done it. Just an idea.

i have always bolted mine to the out side seat mounts then have some one stand behind the truck and look threw the back window to se if the seat look level then measure the amount from the floor the bottom of the seat then make a 1 inch square tube mount the right height
