O.K., so i've been reading back like 14 pages thru it all to try and find some answers before i aksed.

I'm in the middle of baggin and BD my 76 luv. I can do the rear no prob, but the front has got me stumped as to the best route becuse i've read thru a few others builds....

first off, my plan is run RE6's and 6 lug. So here are my Questions:

1. So do i need to z the frame upfront to lay out?
I assume i need to atleast z the front since I'm going to BD and these trucks have the cab built in with the core support.

2. i was reading... viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9558
and are the drop spindles from the isuzu needed? they are for 6 lug right?

3. If they are needed(isuzu spindles), where is the cheapest place?

4. i read that i can just throw out the tortion bars, and it doesnt look like anyone adds any more support to the lowers? is that correct? they wont move or bend back?

thanks guys, thats all my brain can think of at the moment.

Gary

1.) You will need to z the frame no matter what to lay it out completely.
2.) I modified my stock control arms to work w/my sfbd, didn't hassle if other control arms would fit, etc.
3.) The lowers are plenty strong enough, won't move/bend.
