Can I yank all the wiring from an 85' s10 and use it in my Luv? That way I get a modern fuse panel and newer wires. $500 bones from Painless wiring seems to be alot. Don't need the emisson crap, just lights, ignition etc.....

I'd lay pretty good odds that an 85 S10 harness would have a lot of extra junk, and be missing some things. It would almost be easier to buy a bunch of spools of wire and start running it all yourself since you'd be reworking the S10 harness a great deal anyway.

Not to mention the fact that the computer would be hard to wire in. Especially if you aren't using the s-10 engine.
