The frame mounts are home built and the block mounts are Moroso solid mounts.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

Do the mounts go before or after the front suspension?

Hotrod80 identified these as modified '68-'72(?) chevy truck mounts...

Here are mine . All part from Lowe's metal shelf , 1st gen Camaro sbc captured mounts . Kinda a T-type design with tubing or pipe for the mount bolt to go thru . Also tubing going from mout bar to frame in the front . Should of added tube to the rear of the mount also . Did that make it clear as mud .

I dont have any pics of my motor mount but the problem that i was running into was busting trans housing with a turbo 350 with stand swap mounts and a mid-engine plate, but i am now running a front engine plate that i made and trans mount only and no longer busting housing. I will take some pics of it if you like because i made mine where it doesnt bolt up between the water pump so its easier to pull the engine in and out.

Hey nukeday, I see that you have the front part of the truck off (that part that holds the headlights and grill). Is that spot welded on? I didn't see any screws and was apprehensive about drilling out spot welds.

If it turns out later it's relevant to this thread we can come back and put stuff in.
