No, they use a different lower ball joint arrangement.

Your better of modin the top control arm to allow the truck to lay better in the front. The only problem is that Isuzu didn't allow much room for bagging the front.

I am sure they just thought about the Japanese and Asian market. From what I understand automobiles don't last a long time due to rust and they want everyone, who has them, to buy new ones every few years :wink: I will bet they never thought any of these "old" trucks would last this long...
