ive got an 80 luv that im building...tubbed out with a ford 9in...the cab is perfect,but the bed is rotted away...i cant find another luv to save my life so i was wonderin if anyone ever tried putting like an s10 sor like a datsun truck bed on a luv? any advice or somewhere i can find a good bed or even patch panels? also i am having trouble with headers. i have a 383 with angle plug heads...any advice or help would be appreciated

I saw a LUV with a 81 or so bed on it. It didn't look bad at all.

do you think it fit without to much drama?lol how close are the luvs and s10s? this is my first one so idk too much anout what works and what doesent, and my budget isnt all that big...

I have no idea how hard it was, but it shouldn't be too bad. The hardest part would be wiring the lights.

You might try a toyota or mazda bed. look awfully close.
