Wow...where do I begin?
First off - why wouldn't you just get an aftermarket fuseblock and replicate exactly what you have now - then add whatever else you need?
Or just get out your solder gun and modify your existing fuse box to take blade fuses - plus add a small aftermarket fuseblock to include whatever else you need?

I want to use the new fuse block for my fuel pump, electric fan and electric water pump which will be all on separate toggles.
I assume my ignition toggle must be inline with my push button start.
Doing away with the key switch.

My battery is in the back and I have a ford solenoid and a junction box I am mounting on the inside under the dash.

Huh???
I'm not entirely sure just what exactly it is you are trying to accomplish with your truck - but most problems people have with a Luv's wiring comes from not getting busy on a nearly 30 year old Luv's fusebox plus all of the necessary grounds and connections for it's electrical system that really need to be cleaned completely and corrosion free for it all to work properly.
If you are doing a V8 or V6 swap - then IMHO I suggest you get the wiring diagram for your truck, (you can download it from here:
http://www.luvtruck.com/Information.htm), then figure out what you need for the new engine/ transmission combo and whatever else you are adding. Then decide what changes and conversions you will need, map it all out on paper, and go from there.
For the last major conversion like that I did, I blew up the wiring diagram, mapped everything out with the right colored fine-tipped markers to match the wiring, then I took it over to Kinko's and had it plastic-coated. (I gave it to the new owner when I sold the car - and the guy was real happy to get it...lol)
Good luck.
