all that crap laying on the floor is paper towels somebody stuffed up in the rockers to back the putty with :evil:
and the "snow" that you see is dust in the air, someone forgot to turn his ventilation fan on before grinding :oops:

That shoulda either been repalced or had sheet metal welded over ti, filler with fiberglass then finished with bondo.

I found expanding foam in the rockers of my Blazer. It wouldn't have been so bad, but they used super expanding foam and it broke what was left of the paper thin metal. But I can honestly say I have never heard of paper towels. That is a first. Nice dumbass find there :wink: . I call things like that a dumbass find cause you find stupid stuff and say, "What dumbass did this"

well every time i would click that, the box wouldnt come up.or if it did, the text box would be empty :? so i was trying to right click and copy and paste properities.....evidently that dont work :x

progress report.
made the panels this weekend. got the rest of the rust infected metal out..(i hope!!) and now have the back panel tacked in.
went and "borrowed" my uncles gasless mig 8)
