Super, are you trying to say that the hole where the spark plug goes appears to have warped to where it's oval shaped and the plug won't go back in?

Your problem is more likely the plug hole is striped out as most people do not know that you should always use antisieze on the plugs in aluminium heads.
There are kits to repair the plug hole but i suggest that you take it to a shop to get it repaired as it can be done with out taking the head off by somebody that knows what they are doing.
