it is possible.
I saw a blue luv around here that has power windows.
eventually mine will have power windows as well.
dunno about the locks, but all they are is solenoids in place of a rod.

i just came back from T1Motorsports (ive know the guys for like 5years) he said the power locks is easy, the power windows is posible but its kind of a pain to do. so i will do power locks

Yes, i mounted several months ago power door lock, its work together with Luv alarm system and work really well.
