My step side is lowered 5 inchs. What are others using for rear shocks, mine are bottomed out. I could just pull them and run down to Napa and have the parts person figure out what would be a better shock for the range of motion. I was hoping that someone here has done this and has a part number.

How is it lowered in the back?? Esp that far? I am assuming the bumpstops are out. I am only 3" in the back like Troy with blocks so stock shocks work on my truck (except hitting the bumpstops).

I would agree with Erronisme, belltech and other lowering companies engineer shocks to the standards of lowered vehicles, and probally have a set of shocks that could be transferred from an S10 to a LUV with the same lowered charachteristics !

Cheers,
Austin

Grab a Minitruckin magizine and look for trucking suspension. This company has shocks like you've never seen they had chrome 44" long shocks for my lifted dodge. They carry just a crap ton of shocks. I think I payed 85.00 each for the chrome in that size.
