You can get a "some assembly required" kit from a sporting goods store if you can find one that carries hockey supplies. Pick up a nice case of hockey pucks. It does require a drill bit and drill to put a hole in the center but that isn't that bad.

when i got my blazer sum body put 2x2 tubing in there for the body lift and it works good lmao they made them 3" long and got longer bolts go figure

I remade the lift on my old 79 using water pipe. Cut the pipe to length, got some washers that were the same diameter, tack welded them on each end, longer bolts and Bob's your uncle. When I got the truck someone had used small diameter water pipe connectors with no washers and they moved around, the washers on mine kept them rock solid.
