fenders should be ok. you will probably need the headlight mounting brackets. There is a master parts list catalog on the information section on the main home page. You can look up all the parts you need. You will also need to do some rewiring to make the four headlights work.

can find you used parts at wrecking yards.

I just converted the headlights on my '80 to a four headlight setup. The parts I used were the bezels grill and mounting brackets for the four headlight setup. It is a complete bolt in. The screw holes even line up. If you have the stock engine and air intake you will have to remove the duct that the fresh air hose clamps to on the radiator support. Everything fits right up. As far as wiring all you can probably get away with piggy backing the hi beam and ground from the outer plug. I cant for sure say about the wiring as i havent gotten to that part, but the physical bolt in is a snap, an imho a lot better looking than the two headlight look

On my 79 I just cut the two connectors and a foot or so of wire from four light harness on the donor truck. Then just some flat connectors crimped on the ends to that pigtail plug right into the original two light single plug. You do have to do some testing to figure out which wire is which on the plug, but there are only two options. Get the ground right, and try both until you see four lights with the highbeam switch on. Then just wrap up the connection with some tape and enjoy.

I was concerned about the amp draw being higher for four lights in high beam, but I never had a problem with it. I have some wire, relays, and connectors that I was always planning to use to directly tie the headlights to the battery, but it seems the thermal trip circuit breaker on the two headlight LUVs can handle the four bulbs.
