Ok, here are a couple emails I received back from them.

20/01/05

Dear Mr Chad,

Thank you very muchf or your respond e-mail sent us.

Refer to the Hood and Fender of Isuzu KB 20-25, I am truely sorry that we do not have it in stock and now it ran out of stock for local market also. As the tooling set is very old and very costly in fixing.

I have also contacted to our friends manufacturers and they also face the same problem.

Could you please view again our online catalogue and perhaps you can find other auto spare parts which suit the vehicle in your market. They we will be very happy to ship them along with other Isuzu KB20-25 we have available.

Should you need more information please let me know.

Best regards,
Ms Lee

Dear Mr Chad Brown,
Thank you again for your fast respond to our company.

Thank you also for the increased in volume of your order for us. I am very sorry to inform you that I have checked some of your inquiry auto spare parts with the production department. Thay has informed me that the mould of Hood and Fender for KB20-25 had problems as it is very old.

Would it be possible for you to increase some other parts volume or perhaps other model to go with your current requirenment w/o hood and fender of KB20-25??. Other parts still ok for example : Sill body floor panel, Hoodledge, Sill body side outer and Set of Sill Body floor panel.

Should you need more information please e-mail me.

I am looking forward to your reply again soon.

Sorry also for your incovenience.

Best regards,
Ms Lee

Should you need to confirm or any further information you need please let me know.

As you can see from above, the moulds they use for fenders and hoods is old and damaged and unusable. Also, you can see the price of some of the parts that they could still get, they are relatively cheap, where it gets bad is the shipping. Next is some info without having to order such a large quantity of parts. They can do small orders, but boy can it get pricey....

Dear Mr Chad,

How are you? I hope you are great.

Thank you very much for your e-mail sent to our company today.

Refer to your latest order lists. It is still not enough to full container. However, we can sent all this items to you by LCL. Please let me know if it is ok to sent by LCL to you. If so, please let me know your address and the destination port.

As my assistance calculated the CBM **space in container **. It's still have some space available to put more parts in to full 1x20STD. and I think your order is already can fill in appx 2/3 of container now. So, it is up to you now whether you need to add more items to full container or would like us to ship this parts by LCL. Or you can go by container too but not so full **you have to weight between the freight charge by container and LCL**. Please let me know again your port so, I can calculated for you in which way is better.

Should you need more information please let me know.

Best regards,
Ms Lee

Dear mr Chad,

How are you? I hope all is well.

I am very sorry for the delay of my reply to you due to I was sick and in the hospital.

Refer to your question please see my answer below :

LCL is for the shipment that the volume is not enough 1x20STD so, the freight company will calculated the prices of shipping by volume or mesurment and weight. So, we need to do the wooden packing for this kind of shipping to protect the goods from any damage and the wooden package usually expensive.

1x20STD is the smallest size of shipment. So, this is a container size and it will come in container for us to load the goods into this container and the total space is appx 25-27 CBM. After finished loading it's ready to ship you streight away.

Both type of shipping need the same for all shipping documents process.
The charge is below :
Bill of landing at 25USD
Shipping processes at 65USD
Handeling charge at port at 80 USD

Then when the shipment arrive to your port you need to pay for import tax and other fee ( depends on your country regulation ) to get it delivery to your place.

Should you need more information please let me know.

Best regards,
Ms Lee

Ms. Lee,
Thank you for the follow up. I do have one question, is it possible to do LCL for small orders of say 5 pieces or less?

Thank you for your time,
Chad Brown

----- Original Message -----

Sure but the wodden packing, handeling charge and the shipping cost is expensive. It will need appx 700USD.

If it is ok for you. we can ship.

Best regards,
Ms Lee

Also, keep in mind all of this is from a year ago, so prices will most likely be a bit different.

Hope this helps.

Chad

Theoretically, yes you could, I did not, as the shipping was way to costly, could cost anywhere from $700 and up, just for shipping.
