I snagged some seats out of a old Isuzu Trooper and after some mods to the floor (courtesy of a long handled 8 pound sledge hammer to get the height of the seats down so my head didn't rub on the cab ceiling all the time) and some home-made "L" brackets to bolt them in...the look and feel great.

Seat mods always take a litle work, a little pounding, and a little drilling, a little bracket fabrication...but just about any seat can be made to fit.

My old '81 had electric seats out of a '91 buick...pretty darn comfortable and definitely looked good.

CYA.

Hey when any of you post some pics, let us know what type of car you got the bucket seats out of. I was looking at set in a Blazer...hmm

Should look pretty hot when I get em mounted. I've done the dash / steering column in my '81 in blue speckle / black. I've also stripped the floor and firewall down and coated it with herculiner after sealing up some 27 various holes in the floorpan. Ugh, what a pain! I'll post some pics of the setup when I get those seats installed.

haha... I've been debating it, gonna have to do SOMETHING about the now VERY out of place looking tan seat belts... with the whole dash / trim / door panels & headliner being decked out in black & blue, the seat belts are gonna need something done to em. :D Trouble is that the driver side seat belt is sooooo rusted on that I'm probably going to have to drill & re-tap to get it replaced. Where does a 4 point racing harness typically bolt to on the top side? Now I just need to drop a new drivetrain & suspension in so that I can actually get some use out of the racing seats. :)

To do the 4 point you would have to add a in cab rollcage to mount the top straps.
