Still no luck on a machine shop . None of them want to mess with anything this small that is only a one run deal . They all want me to have them make 10,000 of them . Any way you could come up with a set ?

IIRC the seals are the same . T.j. I also need the deminsions as I already have the rotors and small ford pattern on the rear . i believe this will lower rotating weight . I also have purchased new pads for the swap.

The width you can get by measuring your spindle as for the inner dimensions i don't have any as i took my spindle to the machine shop so i could get a 0-1 thou. press fit thats why i used a heat gun to heat them and retaining loctite then drove them on. I haven't done any thing with my truck for awhile so no more info.

I was going to let the machinist do the press fit sizing . I also intended on taking inner race and spindle measurements and applying that to the new "adapters" . I again am excited about this conversion . i am also off all next week to work on this .

O.k. Heres what I came up with. Please double check my measurements .

Inner spacer = O.D. 1.375 , I.D. 1.178 , width .830

outer spacer = O.D. .8425 , I.D..7855 , width .800

I am working on having 2 sets of these made . luv3798 if you don't have a set by the time I get these made PM me you address and i'll send you the other set after I confirm they are gonna work .

I found a machine shop close by that has a CNC machine so one of these days i am going to see what a run of these bushings would cost. Then people would have a inexpensive way to 5 bolt there trk..

Litemup , you basically take a 87-94 2 wd Toyota rotor and make spacers to allow the toyota bearings to work on the luv spindles . Then bushing the caliper bracket to move it . This gets you a lighter vented rotor and 5 lug small ford pattern . you do have to change studs .

Update , I dropped off the measurements today and they said they would try to make 4 inners and 4 outer within the week . I'll be running the truck next weekend so After that race i'll be deep into making this conversion work . My rear axle is already 5 x 4.5 small ford . I have ordered the front 15 x 5 dual pattern Ralley wheels from summit . This will allow me to trade wheels between the Camaro and the luv . Ralley wheels for the steath effect and weld drag lights for weight reduction. I have done some machine work and the machinist offered to let me use a small lathe he has in the corner if I want to . I left this door open as yo u never know what kind of custom parts we will need for these trucks .

Hotrod80 sounds like you got it done just the manuel part left.I found a couple of luv's in a wrecking yard with disc set ups and am thinking of getting them set them up as a complete conversion and selling them to Luv'rs that can't get the machine work done or the know how.

update : I dropped the plans off a week ago and the machine shop waited a week to tell me they did not want to build them . I picked up the plans and went to shop 2 . He told me "got 1 little job before you , but I should have them done wednesday . Bring me $60 and thanks for the good pics " . Should pick them up thursday and be on long change '( I'm a rotating shift worker) for 8 day to complete the conversion . and rim change . I'll keep you posted and take pics as I go . This will be a repeat as T.J. white is the master mind behind this swap .
