As for the bars you linked to on Summit, I'm not sure what purpose those would serve? Maybe someone can explain that one to me? I'm no expert, I just don't get the concept on those. Seems like those would be good for stopping wheel hop and "S"ing your leaf springs, but I don't think they would help traction.

I've seen a few people have good luck with what some people call "slapper" bars. But you want a good set that replaces the lower spring pad with something that has an integrated traction bar. Don't bother with the kind that clamp over the leaf springs. My "snubber" is lined up with the front leaf spring mount.

I think you answered your own question.

Not talking about these bars in particular but bars in general.
Good straight drive out of the hole
No hop

Both those together with the right tyre and pressure and the right spring rate and shocks and what would that do?????

The caltracs replace the front spring eye bushing with an aluminum one . they work like a modified type of 4-link and have adjustable pinion angle and change the instant center . caltracs = hard hook
