some buddies and i are doing this exact thing to an S-10 right now. Your best bet would be to go out and buy a beat to hell wagoneer. We got one for $212. We assembled the S-10 swap then sold parts off the wagoneer for a total $600. So we made $400 and got free axles.
As far as the other stuff, if it wont see pavement just start cutting and welding. Youll figure it out! :lol:
