where can i get leaf springs for a 75 luv. i have yet to find them. is there another vehicle i can get them from? i have one that is sagging and want to replace them.

you can replace them with anything your heart desires, but you'd have to weld on new hangers(not all that difficult). might check into leaf springs off a 2wd toyota, isuzu or nissan pickup, you might be able to find a match or something close

I would think they would not be different on any year of LUV. Also I'd bet Isuzu pickups and troopers are about the same through at least 86 (somewhat later perhaps on the pickups, troops went to a different rear axle in 87) The only difference I can think of is that troopers may have an extra spring or so with their added weight, or the arch might be a little different to compensate. I don't have my 86 troop here to look at, but I recall it was a tad more arch than my 2WD LUV.

If you can get a close match for the front eye size and the length I would think you should be able to come up with a shackle and bushing combo that would work out any difference on the back end.

when i started my utility conversion i put leaves from a 78 chevy truck into my stack......they fit stock and the center pin even worked.
