has any one put the newer one piece windows and regulators in a door that has wing windows? Im thinking about taking my wings out cause I cant find the rubber that goes around them anywhere!

I'm not sure you can find the original replacement seals but I would love to have wing windows in my Luv. I would try searching a little older ISUZU and S-10 models to see if something is close enough to make work. Maybe check this website.....car-part.com for replacements. JC Whitney has a ton of seals that you might be able to do a little altering on to make work. I'd hate to see you get rid of the Wing windows....but that's what I think. If they aren't any big deal to you maybe trying to swap doors completely would be easier.

The big reason for vent windows is to blow air into the cab... I think you would need hardware from a non vent door. or Non Vent doors.

thanks for the advice..ya I really want the wings to stay in for the air since I dont have any of the heating and air stuff in it. Plus my truck is getting paint right now I cant swap them out with my other non wing doors so oh well.. just if you guys can let me know if you hear of anyone that has good or new wing rubbers
