Does any one know of any complications i might have putting a 2.5 litre throttle body on a 2 litre luv engine. Besides the adapter plate for the conversion .

well i can tell you right now, if you use the ECU from the 2.5 your fuel mapping is gonna be way off for the 2.0 and itll probably run kinda cruddy.

are you wanting to do this for improved airflow into the motor or to add fuel injection? mapping the computer can be a real pain and you may want to check some Isuzu forums to see if anyone is already playing with the computer maps before you get too far into this.

You could look at using a megasquirt controller for it. It is basically a kit you put together and then set it up to match the injection and the motor. I don't have a link for it but a google search should turn up something for you.

Sounds to me like it would be easier to get another carb, either another stocker or a Weber.
