I fab'd my own V8 conversion mounts. I have 2-3/8" between the engine block mounting boss to the stock Luv frame pad with the stock Luv motor mounts removed. What measurement do you have? or what did you use for motor mounts?

i bought a prefabbed "large U shaped" unit from the back of a chevy truck magazine. The ends were cut long, so I shaved them until i got a nice tight fit. Then you have to cut the bottom out of the "U" to clear the steering stuff. THEN reinforce the drivers side if needed. cost $75

Without looking at the rig, hard to say where they ended up, but youll find one thing out for sure, there is like one spot that all v8's end up if you keep the torsion bars, front end, and steering colomn.

for a tranny mount, a small peice of 90 degree 1/4" stock steel welded to the cross member and drill the two holes cost $5 8)
