 Post subject: 4 LINK?
PostPosted: Tue May 03, 2005 6:07 pm
I'm working on priceing and getting the part #'s for all the stuff i need to tub it. So i noticed that CE has a 4link kit but it looks like the rearend brackets need to be installed before the housing ends. Is this right or is it just how they picture it on their site? Cause i was going to order a rearend from currie and i just wanna make sure i can still get the 4link brackets on it. Thanks :D

yeah the 4 link brackets need to be installed on the housing DURING the narrowing process while the axle bearing housings are off. Most of them are like that because thats just how they are designed. the top link has a higher leverage point then a ladder bar. I would buy the brackets and send them to Currie with your measurements and have them install them during the narrowing process
