hello new to the site and new to a luv i just bought a 76 2wd it needs the carb redone im wondering if there is any other carb off of anyother vehicle that will work

i heard those hitachi carbs are a pain in the a$$ to rebuild so im hopeing to grab something off a junked car thats might be in better shape...

Weber 32\36. I found a truck in a yard that had a weber but the only thing left when I got to it was the adapter. You can also pick them up on ebay pretty cheap. Not sure what vehicles came with webers...

not necessarily. there is a version that has everything backwards. DFEV? I think. if you get a dgv, dgas or a dgev you should be ok. also the holly 5200 is the same thing. just take a look at the pics on the bay and picture it on your truck if it doesn't look right
