I have a buddy that does all of our axles. "Our" being me and my friends. He's not all that computer savy so it might be hard to hook you guys up. I don't even think he has an email address right now.

A couple of people have got me wise to the fact that ineed to fix the pinion alignment to match the trans output shaft alignment. i figure there's a 7.5 degree misalignment between the two. So its all going to be reworked. Total rebuild! I'll post the outcome when im done. Thank you everyone....John

is that 7.5 degrees of NEGATIVE angle? I purposely dial in a few extra negative pinion angle (about 5 total) . Truck launches a LOT harder. but theres a oscilating vibration when you cruise the highway. Old school secrets.

The trans output shaft angles downward @ 2.5 degrees and the pinion centerline angles downward @ 5 degrees. As for an ocilation, V-6 motors have an inherent ocilation. I really dont mind it. If i feel it going down the Hwy, then i know everything is smooth with the engine. If the ocilation isn't noticable, then the motor has a problem.
