I dunno about the 4spd specifically, but you can get hydraulic throwout bearing setups for a lot of common trannies. It means spending quite a bit though, I recall them costing in the $300+ range. Your other option is to find a slave cylinder that fits a little better and match up the hose ends. Might need to fabricate mounts as well, but it would probably be cheaper than the hydro bearing setup. I know it would be cheaper to upkeep should you ever need to rebuild it. Anything Isuzu has a fair shot of bolting up to your LUV fluid lines, but I'd have no idea if any of them would fit your needs. Impulses, I-Marks, 87+ Troopers, rodeos, pickups would be candidates.
If you do find a cable setup is the way you need to go, you should be able to swap the pedal and bracket from a 78 or newer LUV for your fluid setup. The fluid pedal is designed to push so the bracket and pedal are completely different than the cable pull style. The bracket is no picnic to pull out, but I was able to get mine out pretty easy through the opening from the gauge cluster. It would pay to gusset up the attachment for the clutch pedal on your donor bracket, they tend to crack/bend/break fairly often. (The reason mine came out actually)
