It bolts up the the motor, but you'll need some welding done to the cross-member from what I hear and to have your rear drive-line shortened some. . . 4 inches I thinnk cause the tranny is longer with the extra gear it in. You also have to make a new park brake bracket. Then you have to cut out the new shifter hole.

that's a 2wd right? take a tape measure with you and hook the backing plate and measure to the flat plate that the rear of the driveline attaches to.

do the same on your truck and then do the math(mine was two inches different(shorter) don't worry about being precice on the measurment just get it to the 1/4 inch.

get the driveline chopped ($100-150)and get ready to have some greasy fun.

do yourself the biggest favor and get a new cluch to put in while it's apart.

the mounts off the tranny i scored were the same ,but just to make sure measure by hooking the backing plate and get the number to the mount. if it'a within a 1/4 inch start tearing it all apart.

GOOD LUCK!!!! and don't get frustrated.......... :2gunfire:
