Ok...my 76 is an automatic. I put a weber on it, but there is no place for the kick-down to hook up to. Anyone try to use the linkage from the Craptachi on a weber for this?
Drives ok, but I'd like to have it hooked up if I could. Just thought I'd ask before I tear it apart.

Yeah, I actually welded the linkage from the hitatchi onto the supplied weber linkage. I can use the stock cable without cutting it, and it has a hole for a detent cable I think.
