anyone know if a automatic tranny from a early 80's blazer will fit the stock motor on a luv??? I think it is a 1975

The auto tranny used in LUVs was a TH250 I believe, and I doubt anything else would bolt right up to the motor. The bolt pattern is the same between auto and manual LUVs trannies, and since you never hear about anything swapping in for manuals, I doubt any other auto would fit.

I know that there is a truck with an auto tranny in the boneyard that is a 1980 that will werk. I know cause I got the heads of it.
