I need some help. Does any one have any specifications for a 350 engine swap? I have a 1976 Luv 2-wheel drive. What year 350 works best (if it matters) what transmission and rear end should I be looking for? I will be purchasing a new crate engine. Any info on new brakes would also help...

Any model small block/crate motor is fine. Trans, everyone has their own favorites. I have a turbo 400 in mine, I think many prefer the 350 but as far as fittment they are the same. Rearend can be more of a pain if you want something 'Real' good. There are some smaller, cheaper options.
I am in the process of dumping way too much money into a completely brand new 9".
