Always good to see a fellow header builders work. I made a mess around set for my stock 4 banger but got a big old box of 180s for Christmas from Speedway. Plenty for a complete header and an intake manifold for the Weber. Just need some decent weather.

they are far from pretty or even properly engineered, but they serve their purpose and saved me a couple hundred bucks.

Tell me about it.lol But I'm kinda lucky in that the truck is a retirement project. I've had it for more than a year without ever driving on the road,so I have no baseline for performance. I just like twisty pipes.lol

A.C.E (aka powerbyace.com) has a LUV chassis, LSx engine, just time to getting on the design. 1 3/4" od, will attempt equal length and flow stabilization.
