I'm trying to figure out what radiator and electric fan setup I need for my 2.6 swap. I put a 2.6 in a 1980 LUV and want to find an aluminum radiator for it along with an electric fan. has anyone done this or know what radiator and electric fan I should use? I don't know a whole about cooling so would like some advice. Thank you

Will the factory radiator work? I have two of those but from the research I have done, people have been saying they don't think it will but I haven't found any solid answers about whether it will work or not and what people have done

Measure your stock rad, then look up a 2.6 rad, compare sizes. If close to the same size the stock rad should work fine, plus it will mount into the LUV without modification.
BTW a 1st gen Trooper uses the same front flange mount as a LUV, it might just fit into the LUV should you want a new rad.

thank you for your help! I searched and searched but the only thing I could find to do that was reasonable to me was to get my radiator modified. Mac's Radiator is putting in bigger rows to cool the 2.6. Plus, I have a big ass fan to coo, her down too. Should be driving it by the weekend! Excited to see what kinda power she has now
