 Post subject: adapt a holley 2 barrel

weber took a dump. is it possible to fit a holley 2 barrel on the stock manifold? 1.9

Would probably need an adapter. Measure the stud layout but it would probably be as easy to find a used weber...
what happened to your current one? There isn't much to go wrong on a Weber do you have a clogged jet?

You could take your Weber to a carb. shop and have them rebuild it.

I would agree. There are only a couple parts in a Weber carb to go bad and usually it's just a piece of gunk clogging a jet.. I'm thinking you asked because you have a Holley 2 barrel already?

looking at a holley on cl for 25.00 as for the weber, flooding even at highway speed. it's more than 10 years old, tried fpr, kitted it, new shaft bushings. couldn't beat it when it was younger pretty frustrated w/ it now. money the big issue gotta find a cheap fix thanks for your input LCE engineering looks like make a holley to weber adapter. again thanks will post when i sort it out. :?
