Hi everyone! :) I want to first off apologize if this is in the wrong section. I'm having some issues with my newly installed Weber Carb and I'd like to see if anyone can help.

* I'm curious what connections I should have? hoses? electric choke? air cleaner?

* What to do with the fuel return line?

* Do I need the line from the valve cover to the air cleaner? If so, where do I get something to interface between the two?

* I'm only getting about 1psi of fuel pressure to the carb, do I need more? If so, how?

Right now the truck runs okay, but if it runs for a while it just stalls and doesn't start up for a long time. Could be related to the setup because it's the only thing I've changed. Worked great before, no real issues. I can tell I get a lot more power with the Weber. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

While doing more research I noticed my external bowl vent line is not hooked up. That would explain how rich it seems to run and why my gas mileage is poor. Question is where do I get something to hook it into (there was a plug on it)? Also where does the line goto? Thanks

When I did my Weber swap I used the fuel return and plumbed it opposite of the fuel inlet just needed a fuel line fitting..
egr I blocked off... not necessary but I didn't see a need to keep it or a decent spot to hook it up
Which vent tube are you trying to find a home for do you have a pic?
edit: saw your other thread I never had a fitting there so I would say you could plug it or route it to that little canister on the pass side firewall

Thanks. I've seen another person's and the vent was routed to the canister on the firewall like you said. Do you know where I can find a fitting for this port? Where did you get the one for the other side of the fuel inlet?

I just bought most of the stuff I needed at either or3illys or ace hardware just took th3 fitting it came with when I went. Can't remember where I got that fitting probably oreillys it's a fairly common sized fitting
that canister on the firewall goes to the vapor canister in the bed and then back to the tank, basically just gives the vapor somewhere to go other than to the atmosphere, early emissions stuff. When I did mine I took off all the emissions stuff only kept the crank case and valve cover breathers attached from what I remember.
