My G200 has the Regulating ORIFICE

ALSO, is the stock manual fuel pump OK for the WEBER/OFFY/PACESETTER setup

Just hook the rubber PVC line to a vacuum source, preferably below the carb. If no other is available T into the distributor vacuum advance or drill & tap into the intake plenum. If the PVC intake hose on the back of the valve cover is not connected to the air cleaner install a small filter instead to keep from sucking junk into the valve cover. You may get blowby through this filter during full throttle when the vacuum is nil, so watch that the filter does not clog over time.
The stock fuel pump is rated 4-7 psi, Weber wants less than 3 psi, so there is a chance the stock pump may cause an over-rich condition at the carb. Install a fuel pressure regulator between the pump outlet & carb (Holley seems to be the preferred brand, about $40), set it to the pressure that works best. Get enough hose so you can mount it to the fender where it's easy to see & access to adjust if necessary. If you think you need an actual pressure gauge plumb that in also.

Thanks

So You are saying, take the Small hose from the side port on the rocker arm cover that ran to the bottom of the intake (area of three ports)? (REGULATING ORIFICE) to a vacuum port at lowest point on new Offenhauser intake?

Then, install a Standard/Old School Rocker-arm cover breather?

Thanks

What about the Charcoal Canister? Can it be removed?

Can the breather/small breather hose from small /top port on the pump (current stubbs off on side of block) run to the larger fuel hose from the canister.

Thanks

Bill
