I got a good deal on a motor and transmission out of a wrecked 01 silverado.46,000 miles has the harness computer and super chips programmer. I need to know if it is a direct bolt in o my 1980 luv or why would need to be done

No it is not, you will have to fab the motor mounts and the trans mount. Others here have done it though. It will fit...
