Post subject: engine swap problem

I was planning on swapping a v8 into my 74 luv but i then started to look at gm's new inline six that kicks ass. How difficult would that be to install into a luv. I dont know if its to long or will the oil pan clear the frame, what about the motor mounts and other questions like that. can anybody help me out?

would deffiantly be ...uuuhhhh...different.
i would think it woud be way to long w/ the trans
unless you like reaching behind the seat to shift gears

it comes with an automatic, but your probably right it might be kinda long. i still like the idea though, its got 270 ponies. has anybody seen the motor mounts on that inline six engine?
