I only spent $8 on spark plugs, now I have a V8!

I needed to plug the exhaust ports and found it interesting that they are the same thread as spark plugs. that was cheaper than buying the right plug, plus it makes my truck look like a V8 now! if only I had more plugs on my distributor :?

Actually if you could set up a DIS coil to fire the plugs correctly it would lower your emissions.

this truck had that filter on it when I got it.

BUT my last truck had the same one. Don't remember the size, but the cheap small one from AutoZone. I attached it with 5/8in heater hose. cut about 4 inches of heater hose, hoseclamp it to the valve cover, and then stick the filter inside the heater hose with a second hose clamp. I think it all fit fine without needing to heat anything up.

if you really want to be cool, you could get like a foot of that heaterhose, cut a hole in the hood of your LUV, and run it outside the truck. be like a muscle car hoodscoop with a TINY little filter! LOL!

That would keep my hood shiny. Mine (that little filter) is puking out oil all over the top of the valve cover. IDK why yet.
