Here's a link where you can calculate gear ratio, tire size, eng rpm and truck speed. I dont run with a speedometer right now and i drasticly changed the gear ratio in the rear end. With this link i could figure out rpm=mph. http://www.idavette.net/tech/ratioc.htm

I like this one better because it factors in rear end ratio and final drive ratio in the trans. I think most calcuators just use 1:1 ratio for the trans. This one can help if you have overdrive. http://richmondgear.com/streetcalculators.html

I seen that one on the net but i didn't try it out. The one thru idavette was better for me because i could verify my old setup,figure out the new setup and i also figured my speed on the hwy. But i didn't consider o.d. transmissions, so i guess all the bases are covered now!
