Im sure this has been covered in previous discussions but I never really found the exact way to do this. I have a 1985 Luv and need to run a 5x4.75 front hub. I know some of the Toyota swaps make it a 5x4.50. Is there a direct bolt on to get the 5x4.75 other than the Aerospacecomponents.com way? Its just alittle too pricey for me. Any S-10, later model Toyota's, etc? Any help is appreciated thanks!!!

Not sure about 81-82s but i used Toyota rotor/hubs on my 78 but they were 4.5 so your options are few.

You can have the toyota rotors redrilled for the larger pattern...

Do the Toyota hubs and rotors fit without swapping the control arms?

Yes but you need to machine spacers for the bearings to fit.

Check back on some of my posts and pic's and you can find the dimensions needed.

My friend designed his own 5 lug disk brake conversions for a while with the intention of offering a kit for sale but there wasn't enough positive response for him to justify having a shop set up tooling to mass produce the kits. If you are still interested, I can ask him if he will make a few setups. They run about $500 + shipping and include modified S10 rotors, pads, custom caliper mounts, calipers, bearings, basically everything you need to convert to 5 lug Chevy pattern (4 3/4") front disk brakes.
