I have a 76 Luv with a small block Chevy conversion, one of my motor mounts is bad and I have no idea what conversion manufacturer the builder used. The motor mounts bolt up to the existing holes on the stock frame mounts with an extension plate thats forward mounted. The rubber mount bolts to the stock small block mounting holes. The forward extension has 1 hole with a small nipple welded to it as a bolt locator. One 3/8 or 7/16 bolt (i'm not sure) screws into the rubber mount which has a nut molded into the rubber. Any ideas?
Thanks,John

Not sure about those.

The power by ACE ones bolt up to the stock location. If you can't find the replacement for those, you might have luck replacing both with the ACE ones.

The 2nd pic looks to me like a stock Chevrolet V8 rubber mount. You can get those at AutoZone or Oreilly for around $11.

That 2nd pic is definitely a Chevrolet V8 mount. I found it's twin at autozone.com. It fits a 1970 Chevrolet C10 pickup with a 350 engine. Duralast part # 2282. It has a lifetime warranty. Hope this helps.

Somehow when I read this the first time I thought you were talking about the adapter needed to be replaced. Glad you found your part.
